Extradition Law Committee appointed

On 12 June 2014, the House of Lords appointed a post-legislative Select Committee on Extradition Law.
It will publish its call for evidence in the near future, which will clearly state the specific areas of extradition law that the Committee will investigate. The Committee has undertaken to report to the House by 5 March 2015.
