Draft Legislative Reform (Patents) Order 2014

The Draft Legislative Reform (Patents) Order 2014 and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 6 May 2014 by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills under section 14(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (LRRA)
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its First Report of the 2014-15 Session at 11.00 am on Monday 16 June 2014. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 331).
The text of the report will also be available on the Committee’s website from 11.00 am on the day of publication. (www.parliament.uk/regrefcom)
