The Harrogate Stray Act 1985 (Tour de France) Order 2014 (Draft) and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 3 March 2014 by the Department for Communities and Local Government in accordance with section 7(2) of the Localism Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). This is the first time that the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has used his powers under section 5 of the 2011 Act.
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its Fourth Report of the 2013-14 Session at 11.00 am on Thursday 27 March 2014.
It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 1197).
