Purpose of session

The main issues examined during this session will revolve around the opportunities and challenges of growing a circular economy. In particular, the Committee will scrutinise the economic and environmental cases for more circularity, analyse obstacles which could inhibit progress, and address the role of government and significance of business practices in the transition.
