Oral evidence session - Government motoring agencies - the user perspective

We will use this evidence session to question the Chief Executives about the performance of their agencies, the savings they have made and their plans for the future. We will ask the Minister about the DfT’s policies and its scrutiny of the motoring agencies. Our questioning will be informed by both the inquiry evidence we have received and by the results of our recent online and postal surveys on customer experience of the agencies.
