Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP, Secretary of State for Justice, and Dame Ursula Brennan, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, give oral evidence on WPQ answering performance

The Procedure Committee will hold an oral evidence session on Wednesday to consider the performance of the Ministry of Justice in answering written Parliamentary questions.
The purpose of the session will be to follow up the session held on 22 October when the Committee discussed the Department’s poor performance in answering written Parliamentary questions with Rt Hon Simon Hughes MP, Minister of State for Justice and Civil Liberties, and James Crawforth, Principal Private Secretary to the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice.
