Draft Protection of Charities Bill to be considered by joint committee

On 10 November 2014, the House of Lords appointed members of a Joint Committee to consider the draft Protection of Charities Bill. The House of Commons appointed its members on 6 November 2014.

The Committee will publish its call for evidence in due course, stating the specific areas that the Committee will investigate. The Committee is expected to report by 28 February 2015.
