The Welsh Affairs Committee questions representatives from the Welsh NHS and health boards about the impact of cross-border healthcare on Welsh hospitals, and patients living in England.

Purpose of the session

The Committee hears from two panels of witnesses. In the first panel session, the Committee hears how Welsh hospitals and doctors are affected by cross-border health requirements and what they do to facilitate cross-border care.

During the second panel the Committee asks about the effects of cross-border healthcare arrangements on patients living in England.
