Purpose of the session
The Committee hears from two panels of witnesses. In the first panel session, the Committee hears how Welsh hospitals and doctors are affected by cross-border health requirements and what they do to facilitate cross-border care.
During the second panel the Committee asks about the effects of cross-border healthcare arrangements on patients living in England.
