First community rights evidence session announced

The Committee will hold its first oral evidence session on community rights on 4 November.

The Committee will be holding the first oral evidence session of its inquiry into community rights on Tuesday 4 November. In this session the Committee will be seeking the views of representatives of community organisations, local authorities and property owners on the effectiveness of these rights since their introduction.
