Food security: demand, consumption and waste: Minister questioned

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee holds evidence in connection with its Inquiry into Food security: demand, consumption and waste on Wednesday 5 November 2014.

This is the third and final evidence session for this inquiry and will explore food security issues including access and affordability and food waste. It will consider the role of retailers, charities and consumers and look at supply issues related to fresh produce.
