Minister of State for Justice to give evidence on WPQ answering performance in 2013-14

The Procedure Committee will hold an oral evidence session next Wednesday to consider the performance of the Ministry of Justice in answering written Parliamentary questions.

The purpose of the session will be for the Minister to explain to the Committee what steps are being taken to address the Department’s poor performance in answering written Parliamentary questions in timely fashion in the 2013–14 session, as shown in the figures published on the Committee’s website.
