Draft Legislative Reform (Entertainment Licensing) Order 2014

The Draft Legislative Reform (Entertainment Licensing) Order 2014 and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 8 July 2014 by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport under section 14(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (LRRA)
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its Second Report of the 2014-15 Session at 11.00 am on Friday 17 October 2014. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 742).
