Examination of additional provisions – 13 October

The examination of the additional provisions which the Bill Promoter deposited on 10 September will take place in Committee Room 1 on Monday 13 October at 11.30am, in public. You can watch the proceedings on parliament.tv.
Examination deals with whether deposit complied with the Private Business Standing Orders, for instance in relation to timeliness of notices. If, for any reason, you wish to argue that there has been non-compliance, you should deposit a statement of your reasons (known formally as a “Memorial”) at the Private Bill Office, by 12 noon on Friday 10 October, and attend at the Examination to make your case.
