Louise Ellman MP pays tribute to Jim Dobbin MP

Louise Ellman MP, Chair of the Transport Select Committee, today paid tribute to Jim Dobbin. She said:
"I was deeply saddened to hear yesterday that Jim Dobbin had passed away. Jim was a friend and colleague for many years and we worked together on the Transport Select Committee since March 2011. He was a compassionate and principled man. He was a well-liked and respected member of the Committee and we shall miss the contribution he made. Our thoughts and wishes are with his wife and children at this difficult time."
Government Motoring Agencies - the user perspective
Publication of the Committee's report on the Government Motoring Agencies, which was due to have been published tomorrow, is postponed. The Committee will issue a further press notice with a revised publication date in due course.
