This is the second topic selected as part of the ‘Evidence check’ web forum, building on the DfE’s summary of the evidence base for its policies on Summer Born Children and School Starting Age and the comments posted in the evidence check forums on these topics.

The session explores the strength of the evidence provided by the DfE and the use of evidence in policy-making in this area.
