The Communities and Local Government Committee holds the third and final oral evidence session of its inquiry into litter and fly-tipping.

The first panel includes the charity Keep Britain Tidy, which produces the annual Local Environmental Quality Survey for England, and the Highways Agency, which is responsible for keeping our major roads and highways clean.

The second panel will have Ministers from the departments responsible for litter policy. The Committee will explore the Government's approach to litter and fly-tipping, discuss relevant legislation and address issues which have arisen in the course of the inquiry.
