Draft Legislative Reform (Community Governance Reviews) Order 2015

The Draft Legislative Reform (Community Governance Reviews) Order 2015 and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 11 December 2014 by the Department for Communities and Local Government under section 14(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (LRRA)
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its Third Report of the 2014-15 Session at 11.00 am on Friday 30 January 2015. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 969).
The text of the report will also be available on the Committee’s website from 11.00 am on the day of publication. (www.parliament.uk/regrefcom)
