Purpose of the session
This is a one-off session, following up the Committee’s previous work on careers guidance for young people.
The inquiry intends to provide an opportunity to explore Government action in this area since the Committee published its report in January 2013, including the recent announcement in the Autumn Statement of £20m to improve careers advice and guidance.
