Purpose of the Session
This is the fourth evidence session on the Committee's inquiry on jobs and livelihoods. The focus of this week is agriculture looking at the transformation agenda and small holder farmers. The first panel gives the Committee the opportunity to discuss with academics the transformation and transition debate in regards to agriculture. The second panel gives more of a perspective from small holder farmers in Africa.
