Background
In its report last year on Action on Air Quality, the Committee urged the Government to set out a clear picture of the demarcations between central and local government on the management of air quality.
While the Committee looks forward to the Government Response, in the meantime they wish to raise concerns about Defra’s further consultation on LAQM, initiated since the Action on Air Quality report.
