The Joint Committee on Human Rights will publish its Fifth Report of the 2014–15 Session, Legislative Scrutiny: Counter-Terrorism and Security Bill, at 00.01 hours on Monday 12 January 2015 as House of Lords Paper 86 and House of Commons Paper 859.
