The Public Administration Select Committee (PASC) publishes its Report following its inquiry into NHS complaints and clinical failure. Investigating clinical incidents in the NHS (HC 886), the Sixth Report of Session 2014-15, will be published on Friday 27 March 2015 at 00.01am.
