This is a one-off evidence session with the Secretary of State for Transport, the Rt Hon Patrick McLoughlin MP and the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Transport, Philip Rutnam. The session aims to scrutinise the performance of the Department for Transport over the five years of this Parliament, and the performance of the Secretary of State since his appointment in September 2012.
