Purpose of the session
In the first part of the session the Committee will examine health and safety and Service law in respect of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces in relation to military training, exercises and selection events. The second part of the session will explore the Ministry of Defence’s policies and guidance in these areas and the Department’s procedures for learning lessons for future events.
