Purpose of session
The purpose of this session is to question the Secretary of State and the Chief of the Defence Staff on the support the Department provides to former and serving members of the Armed Forces subject to judicial proceedings and to seek the Government’s response on the full range of issues that have arisen in the course of this inquiry.
