The Defence Sub-Committee holds its fourth oral evidence session on its inquiry into the support offered by the Ministry of Defence to former and serving military personnel that are subject to judicial process.

Purpose of the session

The purpose of this session is to take evidence from the Director and the Deputy Head of the Iraq Historic Allegations Team (IHAT).

The Sub-Committee will explore why the allegations of misconduct against IHAT, the surveillance they are carrying out against soldiers, the issues with the MENSA process, and how their work fits in with the law firms handling historic claims.
