Purpose of the session
The purpose of this session is to take evidence from the Director and the Deputy Head of the Iraq Historic Allegations Team (IHAT).
The Sub-Committee will explore why the allegations of misconduct against IHAT, the surveillance they are carrying out against soldiers, the issues with the MENSA process, and how their work fits in with the law firms handling historic claims.
