Background
This is a one-off oral evidence session to examine the likely consequences for the Ministry of Defence of the BBC's proposals for restructuring BBC Monitoring, the arm of the BBC which monitors media sources across the world.
The Committee will examine the value of the work of BBC Monitoring to policy making and wider understanding in the Ministry of Defence.
