Housing associations and councils questioned on homebuilding

The Communities and Local Government Committee questions housing associations on their relationships with private developers, the impact of shared ownership and right to buy, and whether it is easier to build homes in certain parts of the country. The Committee also hears from local authorities on the planning system, land allocation, and joint ventures and partnerships.
