Housing Ombudsman updates the Committee on her work

The Communities and Local Government Committee holds a short session with the Housing Ombudsman, Denise Fowler, to follow up on the progress since the Committee held a pre-appointment hearing for the appointment of the Ombudsman in December 2014.
