Purpose of the session

The Minister is asked about the Government's housing white paper and what it means for the planning system, the green belt and permitted development rights.

Mr Barwell also faces questions on the role of local authorities and housing associations, support for small and medium size builders, modern methods of construction, and workforce and skills.
