Purpose of session

The session looks at DECC's past, present and future energy efficiency policy and explores a range of issues, including:

• Assessment of recent energy efficiency policy, particularly the Green Deal and ECO
• Effectively targeting those in fuel poverty, low-income, and rural households
• The future of the supplier obligation, including announcements made in the 2015 Spending Review
• Developing the energy efficiency supply chain
