The  Health and Education Committees hears from the Children's Commissioner for England, Anne Longfield, and education providers, on new proposals for the green paper in a joint inquiry on mental health provision for children and young people.

Purpose of the session

Questions to the first panel will be concerned with the strategic overview of the current provision of mental health services, previous work in this area, and the new proposals of the green paper.

The second panel  includes witnesses who can speak on the front-line perspective of schools, colleges and CAMHS, who can provide perspectives on both the green paper's proposals and its implementation.
