Secretary of State for Transport responds to the Committee's First Special Report of Session 2015-16

Promoter's response to the First special report published on 17 December 2015, by the House of Commons Select Committee on the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Bill.

This responses addresses matters raised by the Select Committee concerning the Department for Transport's discretionary property compensation schemes for HS2. Specifically, the operation of the Need to Sell scheme and related issues.
