Department publishes additional provision to High Speed Rail Bill

The Department for Transport has deposited an additional provision to the High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Bill. Individuals and organisations who are specially and directly affected by the additional provision will be able to petition against it.
The petitioning window will run from Thursday 29 March to Friday 27 April at 1 pm. Please see the petitioning guidance for further information on the petitioning process.
Petitioners will be able to submit their petition online through the select committee's website. The online portal will open on Thursday 29 March. Petitioners will also be able to submit their petitions by email, by post and in person.
