Petitioning against additional provision to Phase 2a now open

Following the publication of the additional provision (AP) to the High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Bill, petitioning against the AP is now open.
Individuals and organisations directly and specially affected by the additional provision (AP) now have the opportunity to petition against the AP and to request alterations.
The petitioning window will run from Thursday 29 March to Friday 27 April at 1 pm. Please see the petitioning guidance for further information on the petitioning process, including guidance on whether you should petition.
Petitioners will be able to submit their petition online, by email, by post and in person.
