Additional Provision 2 (AP2) and Petitioning period dates

Individuals and organisations who are specially and directly affected by the Second Additional Provision will be able to submit a petition to the Committee from 11am on Friday 15 February and Friday 15 March at 1pm (when the petition window closes). Please see the petitioning guidance for further information on the petitioning process.

Please note that the Committee has decided that it will not hear any petitions about the contents of the Bill and Additional Provision 1 unless the petitioner had, in 2018,  received special permission from the Committee to defer the petition hearing until after the deposit of Additional Provision 2.
