- What is your assessment of the proposal to create a single Investigatory Powers Commissioner to replace the current system of three Commissioners?
- Does the proposed new authorisation regime for warrants, including review by Judicial Commissioners, provide better safeguards than the current system?
- Do the terms relating to the appointment and dismissal of Judicial Commissioners provide them with sufficient independence from the Government?

- To what extent does the draft Bill take account of the recommendations of each of your reports?
- How do the provisions in the draft Bill, particularly in relation to authorisation and oversight, data retention, and bulk collection compare to those of other similar countries?
