What is the relationship between local government and the charity sector?

The Select Committee on Charities holds two evidence sessions, both focusing on the relationship between local government and the charity sector. In the first session, the Committee hears from the Local Government Association and the Welsh Local Government Association. The second session puts questions to Councillors from Essex and Newcastle.
