DCLG and think tanks appear before Committee

The Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003 takes evidence from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG). In a second panel the Committee hears from authors of 10 year reviews on the Licensing Act from the Institute of Alcohol Studies and Institute of Economic Affairs.
