Live music industry representatives give evidence on effectiveness of Licensing Act

The Musicians' Union, the UK Live Music Group, and the Music Venue Trust all give evidence to the Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003. The Committee is exploring the effectiveness of the Act, how it serves local communities, commerce and entertainment, and its wider impact on society.
