How can the Government improve support for rural communities?

The Select Committee on the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 holds two evidence sessions considering whether the Government has a coherent rural vision and how it can better deliver on policy decisions for people living in remote areas of the UK.

  • Where should rural advocacy, advice and monitoring sit within government?
