Lords to debate NERC Act 2006 Committee report

Following its publication, the House of Lords will debate the report from the Select Committee on the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 on Monday 2 July.

The NERC Act 2006 Committee was appointed on 29 June 2017 to consider and report on the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. The Committee published its report on 22 March 2018 and the Government's response was received on 21 May 2018.
