Correspondence with Ministers Session 2023-24

The Sub-Committee on the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland was appointed by the European Affairs Committee to consider all matters related to the Protocol, including scrutinising EU legislation applying to Northern Ireland under the terms of the Protocol. This scrutiny is frequently carried out through correspondence with Ministers. Such correspondence, including Ministerial replies and other materials, are published in Correspondence with Ministers. 

The Sub-Committee's remit expired at the dissolution of the last Parliament, on 30 May 2024. This is the final volume which was compiled during the last Parliamentary session.
