The House of Lords Special Public Bill Committee on the Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Bill will take evidence from Lord Keen of Elie, the Government Minister who introduced the Bill, and Professor David Ormerod, Law Commission, in its first evidence session next week.
