1. COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2005/06
The Commission agreed to its Annual Report for 2005/06, and to its publication on 12 July 2006.
2. ADMINISTRATION ESTIMATE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Commission noted the Annual Report from the Administration Estimate Audit Committee, and agreed to publish it with the Commission Annual Report.
3. COMMISSION RESERVE
The Commission agreed to add the surplus income arising from Refreshment Department operations in 2005/06 to the Commission Reserve.
4. CARBON OFFSET
The Commission agreed to make annual contributions to Defras Government Carbon Offsetting Fund to cover the carbon costs of select committee, delegation and other official air travel paid for from the Administration Estimate.
