UK Parliament has won awards from Teach Primary Magazine for two classroom teaching resources produced by the Education and Engagement team.

Discover the UK Parliament, an information and activity book for upper Primary school, has won the 5* award in the PSHE & Citizenship category. Pupil Parliament, a literacy and digital skills project which teaches pupils about the role of MPs and Peers, has won the 4* award in the Free Resource category.

The Awards help teachers seek out the very best educational resources to support their primary school pupils - with quality determined by a panel of primary experts and educators.

Welcoming the news, Head of Education and Engagement David Clark commented: “We are delighted at the recognition these resources have received and hope they help pupils learn more about how the UK Parliament works while developing transferable skills”.
