The Delegation was appointed by the Prime Minister on 3 November 2015 and included Members from both Houses. The party distribution reflected the composition of the House of Commons.
On 13 January 2016 the Prime Minister issued a Written Statement announcing the replacement of Baroness O'Loan with Lord Wright of Richmond.
On 9 February 2016 the Prime Minister issued a Written Statement announcing the replacement of Christina Rees and Kate Osamor.
On 20 December 2016 the Prime Minister issued a Written Statement announcing the replacement of:
Guto Bebb with Cheryl Gillan;
Virendra Sharma (sub) with Ian Murray;
