1. Contacting the Commissioner’s office regarding a press query or interview request

2. Questions about a named Member of Parliament
This office does not comment on the conduct of individual MPs outside of the information published on our website.
The Commissioner publishes a list of MPs currently under investigation for alleged breaches of the Rules of Conduct here. If a matter is not included in the list, we cannot answer as to whether a complaint has been received. No inference should be drawn from the background information provided.
Upon completion of an inquiry into an allegation of a breach of the Code of Conduct, the Commissioner publishes his decision on this website.
3. Questions about a specific Member of Parliament’s entry in the Register of Members' Financial Interests
This office does not comment on individual entries in the Register of Members' Financial Interests or the interests of individual MPs. We will not be able to respond to hypothetical situations or interpret the rules.
