Parliamentary Recording Unit licence agreements

All proceedings of the House of Commons and the House of Lords and certain select committee hearings are recorded. It is possible to broadcast or publish on the internet recordings of Parliamentary proceedings under licence. 

Please be aware that Downloading and Sharing Terms and Conditions do not apply to commercial use.

There are different licences for House of Commons and House of Lords proceedings.

Footage of proceedings of Parliament can be obtained from the Parliamentary recording unit at modest cost.
