Privacy notices

Our privacy notices describe how we handle personal data. They are listed below.

Which privacy notice applies to you will depend on who you are and which House of Parliament you are going to contact, visit, or use the services of.

Other privacy information may also apply when you engage directly with certain services. This will be provided directly by the service area and will explain how personal data is used in relation to those specific circumstances. For example, separate privacy information is provided when you apply for a parliamentary security pass.

These privacy notices describe the handling of personal data by the House of Commons and House of Lords Administrations. Please note that Members of Parliament and Members of the House of Lords who handle personal data are separate controllers. Any queries about their handling of personal data should be directed to the relevant Member.
